So when you call a brokerage and talk to an agent about property, they are not being paid by anyone to answer your questions. When an agent shows you a property they are not being paid. An agent is only compensated for their time when a transaction is completed. So if you are looking to buy, be courteous and find one agent that you are comfortable with.
